Valley Falls Apartments in Spartanburg, SC had a timeline that depended on us completing our scope of work so the project would be finalized in time to welcome students from USC Upstate for the upcoming fall semester. Keeping sediment from eroding into the adjacent lake was critical. The first phase was so successful that they recently hired us to do the second phase of the project.
