Primrose School

There was nothing elementary about the Primrose School project. Built on a formerly developed lot, we partnered with Caldwell Constructors to optimize every square inch of this small site. The 25' cut through rock for the rear wall was excavated in 4' increments to a near perfect vertical to allow for soil-nailing in stages. Another retaining wall was constructed on the lower end of the property in close proximity to existing apartments with zero hassles.
