Monroe Industrial

The site of Monroe Industrial, a big box spec building for Hughes Development, offered us another shot at proving our mettle. With a huge over-burden of topsoil stockpiled on the property from past development, our challenge was finding a place to put it without investing in trucks hauling it off-site. We found a green space on-site, excavated a 23-foot pit, used the excavated dirt for structural fill on-site and replaced the excavation with all the topsoil. A happy client immediately engaged us for phase two of this project due to this building’s quickly signed lease.
