BLE planned to expand their existing facility and add additional parking while keeping the operation functional in the meantime. Avoiding fiber optic cables buried in the new parking lot was our key challenge. Due to rainy weather, we only had one day to get fine grading completed and get stone down for paving to maintain the schedule.
