Built on the site of a former farm, the Sunex Tools project offered many opportunities for us to flex our expertise—demo, clearing, filling in old wells and installing some large storm drainage pipes. A 210,000 square-foot new build and manufacturing facility across from the SC Inland Port in Greer, this project featured an aggressive schedule that once again, we met.
